Malaïka Maxwell releases a new single

The singer has just released her second single entitled « Rise Again ». An ode to self-acceptance and perseverance available on all streaming platforms.

After “This Journey” in 2017, mid-April Malaïka Maxwell released her second single, "Rise Again". Lyrics are by Shann Jacquet, music by Adrian Scott, interpreted by the drummer Leonardo Richardson and the bass player Shawn Wilkinson. With this joyful pop/soul title, the singer would like to “encourage people to hold their heads high, to find the fighter within. Difficult moments in life don’t define who we are”, Malaïka Maxwell thinks, and she is also willing to transmit this strength to both her daughters. “Sometimes, as a woman, you feel like you are alone experiencing this, my music is a way for me to show that it is not the case”. A message that the artist wants to be positive, highlighted by the colorful pictures of her video clip, shot in Saint-Martin and made by Director SM.
