Natif de l’île, DJ Prince tient sa passion de son arrière-grand père, autrefois DJ en Angleterre. Après avoir fait ses premiers pas derrière les platines à l’adolescence en France métropolitaine et à St-Martin, il a étudié la musique pour en faire son activité principale aujourd’hui. DJ Prince a joué dans de nombreux clubs de l’île et est aujourd’hui résident du Lotus. Surnommé « The official party starter », il est connu pour chauffer la salle en début de soirée avec ses sets énergétiques open-format (multi-genres) entre dancehall, house et hip hop. À 28 ans, il a aussi démontré qu’il pouvait côtoyer de grands artistes puisqu’il a fait l’ouverture de DJ Big Ben à New York, Deejay Prime à Amsterdam ou encore R. City à Atlanta.
